When you book for our carvery you have a choice of Free Range Sussex Pork, New Forest Free Range Beef*, Butterfly Turkey Crown and Free Range Sussex Gammon. You can choose from any of the meats and as many choices as you like. Our meats are sourced from our local butcher.

Our choice of vegetables today come from our local farmers in Chidham. You can help yourself to a selection of locally sourced seasonal vegetables, Roast Potatoes (variety Casablanca), Carrots, Cauliflower and Leek Cheese with real Cheddar, Yorkshire Puddings and our Homemade Sage & Onion Stuffing.

To compliment your carvery, help yourself to a generous portion of our Homemade Signature Gravy, it really is the best you will taste.

We believe every voice deserves to be heard, and every talent deserves a crowd.✨ What to Expect

  • All Talents Welcome: Musicians, comedians, poets, storytellers, and magicians—if you can do it on a stage, we want to see it!
  • A Supportive Crowd: Our community is notoriously friendly. No matter your skill level, you will feel the love.
  • Great Vibes: Come for the performances, stay for the drinks, food, and incredible local energy.

📅 How it Works

  • Performers: Sign-ups open at the door at 7.30pm. Slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Each performer gets 15 minutes or 3 songs.
  • Audience: Just show up, grab a seat, and enjoy the show! The performances kick off at 7.45pm.
  • Gear Provided: We provide two microphones, an acoustic guitar plugin, and drum kit. Just bring your instruments and your passion!

Admission is free, but space fills up fast. Come early to grab a drink and a good seat!
